As above mentioned order Id *********** I received only one used and broken dosa tawa instead of * PCs of Hawkins futura non stick cookware set,after that I called to Snapdeal customer care to resister complaint against it and as per her also complaint the same in your APP also.Also I returned back this item to your mentioned address and I followed up regularly regarding this.After the product received to your team ,they rejected and declined as mentioned above photo.Your every customer care person said new thing regarding this complaint.Today around *.** pm I have talked to your senior customer care person .He said that as it is declined the used product again return back to me,what is going on .This is ridiculous .As there is no fault from my side and you people send the wrong product to your customer and customer is suffering the consequences.
Why it is going like this please look into this matter as I want my replacement at urgent basis.
Your customer care senior person said that whenever again the same rejected used product I will received then again I have to raise complaint for replacement.why customer fighting like that to get actual product as there was no fault of customer . whenever I asked your senior person regarding replacement as other customer care person said that I will get replacement,
Again I am requesting you please give me the replacement without any delay .
