Motorola - Request for Refund Replacement Due to Tampered Product Delivery by MOTOROLA

Iam dissapointed regarding my recent purchase of the MOTOROLA EDGE ** PRO *G , **/*** LUXE LAVENDER. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that it appears to be tampered.
As a customer, I expected to receive a brand-new, original product in its proper packaging. Instead, I have received what seems to be a refurbished item, which I did not order. This experience is not reflective of the service I anticipated and does not meet consumer expectations.
I have submitted a video demonstrating the issues with the product, which clearly illustrates my concerns. However, I have not yet to receive a satisfactory response regarding this matter.
lam seeking a full refund or replacement of the defective product with a new, original one. Additionally, I request compensation for the inconvenience and mental distress caused due to this issue. I request the Hon’ble Consumer Court to take prompt action on this matter and direct motorola to resolve this issue at the earliest.
