I am from Karnataka State. I have put an inquiry on a Bali honeymoon trip. Komal from the A* journey contacted and booked the trip delay by * days (**th June to **th June **). Actually it was **th July ** but finally booked the ticket on **th June **** from Bangalore airport. We have faced many problems with the booking of hotels and villas as promised by the agency. The main thing was that booked my return tickets to **th Aug **. Return tickets are not booked properly. Due to this, I have faced many problems. Please find the attachment of the wrong tickets.
As I telephonic conversation with Durgesh, the A* journey due to the problem in the flight tickets. I have booked myself at Densper, Airport (Bali) to Chennai on **th June ****. As I mailed and called intimated that refund my return flight ticket amount of Rs.**,***/-. They have not picked my calls and my emails.
Please find the attachment of tickets and the invoice so credit the return tickets amount to my account.

Please consider this issue seriously and they have cheated my return tickets without baggage charges ( Booked **th Aug **** tickets). They have done the wrong tickets intentionally with creating problems at Bali airport. So I request you to consider my appeal that this type of incident will not be happening any travelers in the outstation country. It may create Visa and other issues will arise. My final appeal is that please take action against A*Journey.com (A unit of Ultim* Voyage Pvt.Ltd.) and release my refund of flight amount of return tickets. Hopefully, I will get justice in these issues as earliest.
