scrunchies - Instagram Seller Insta mobile sale

I ordered scrunchies from scrunchies_treasure**
Instagram business account
At first they sent me many color shades of scrunchies and asked me to choose colors and let them know
I made my color selection, and they accepted the order and asked me to payment of *** rs, I payed them *** rs through UPI payment and after few days they told your order has been dispatched pay me *** more rs for shipping charges, at first they didnt tell or intimate me that shipping charges is extra , when i asked them they told it is in thier instagram bio , i said okay fine ill pay u *** rs and payed them through same UPI.
when i got my order delivery all colours were different and they didnt send me which colour i asked for , when i asked them about this they said it was a clearance sale and if the colour choosen is not availabale they will exchange but when i iordered and accepted my order they didnt tell this colour is not in stock or all terms and condition
when i asked them why did you not mention all these terms and condition before or while ordering and they again made comments like it is mentioned in posts etc
This is so injustice and when i asked for refund they said no
Please i request Voxya to resolve my case
