Bajaj Finserv - Extra amount paid in the name of insurance for mobile and didn't get refund

I bought a mobile from Vivek Adyar Chennai. Bajaj finance offered EMI options and they got a payment of **** and said it will be refundable. I asked the reason they said it is insurance. But still, I didn't get the refund. When I approached the head office they told me to ask the Vivek showroom. If I go to the showroom that the agent was not there. He moved to some other company. But it is the duty of bajaj finserv to give a refund. Because I paid to that bajaj finserv agent only. I am going to their office for past * year still I didn't hear any response. Please get my money back and give me. A bounce charges of **** is pending from my side. Tell them to at least adjust that payment if they cant refund. Kindly help me. It was my hard-earned money.
