Final Order / Judgement

Complainant is absent without steps. Learned Advocate for the O.P has filed a Hajira. I have gone through the case record.

From the record, it appears that complainant is found absent since last four dates and case is fixed for cross examination of the complainant. Due to non appearance of the complainant to face the cross examination, the evidence submitted by the complainant stands expunged.

As there is no evidence to prove the allegation and as there is no admission on the part of the O.P, for lack of evidence the complaint stands dismissed.

This C.P case is disposed of accordingly without contest.
