Final Order / Judgement

Learned counsels of the parties are present.

A prayer has been submitted on behalf of the complainant stating that the case has been amicably settled in between him and the OP. He has received the new battery instead of his old battery and he is satisfied and as such, he is not wiling to proceed with the case further and prays to drop the case.

Heard the complainant and he also stated the same thing as stated in the petition and as such, the case is dropped and it is disposed of on settlement.

Furnish copy of this Order to both the parties free of cost.

Make necessary entry in the TR.
