Final Order / Judgement

Both the parties are represented by learned counsels. Complainant is personally present and filed a petition No.36 and 37 stating that the parties have amicably settled the matter out of the Forum and the complainant received Rs.2,00,000/- as full and final settlement. The above Rs.2,00,000/- has been deposited in the S/B Account of the complainant No.30512576127 in the State Bank of India, Dibrugarh.

Seen the petition. Considering their amicable settlement this case has been disposed of as full and final settlement.
