This is a complaint filed u/s 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for directing the Opposite Parties to pay the claim amount of Rs.2,23,404/- along with interest at 12% per annum from the date of claim with the opposite parties; to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for the mental agony and to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards cost of this complaint.


2. Today this complaint was called. Both the parties and Counsels absent. In view of the award passed in L.A.C. No. 18613/2017 on 09.12.2017 by UTPLSA. This complaint is disposed accordingly.
