Zunroof Tech Pvt Ltd - ZUNROOF SOLAR project s installation is not done after making 100 payment in Feb 2020

My name is Rama Krishna K from Hyderabad. My phone number is +**-**********. I was contacted by Zunroof team sales person Darshan Hegde +************ and informed about ZUNROOF SOLAR SYSTEM and benefits. He mentioned that there is a **% subsidy for solar system and will be closed in *weeks time. He asked me to make advance payment of **% for solar system. I showed interest and after getting confirmation from his manager about the timelines of the project, I paid the **% of the project cost(for my two projects) i.e. Rs. *****. Person from Zunroof confirmed that structure material will be delivered in * weeks and then I need to make remaining amount payment for panel delivery. It's been more than a year and only one project installed without commissioning Net Meter. Every time we write eMail (as no response for calls) one standard response from delivery team stating with our team will contact you in ** hours but never contacted me and NO response from customer support even after submitting support requests in their website. The customer support is not responding and sales person does not pick the calls or respond to the messages. My amount is blocked from Feb **** now and I don't know if the installation will be done as there is no response from the company or the management. I have written an eMail to CEO of this company with a copy to Central Minister but no response..
