Zudio Punawale - Zudio Zudio Credit Note Lost not issuing a new credit note

Zudio gave me a credit note of Rs*** and I lost it in few days (before ** days only) When I went to Zudio the staff was really giving me annoying reply and refused to check the details based on mobile number.
If zudio asking customers mobile number for billing and all other financial transactions like exchange while providing credit note and all...then why staff is not ready check the credit note online details in there system.
Now we are digital India and zudio is asking hard copy of Credit Note.
And as a customer when we purchased anything from zudio they are providing digital copy.
Ideally they have all data still refused to use my credit note which is lost my me
So I want my credit note or money back from Zudio I’m really fedup of them.
