Zimave - Zivame zcoins became zero after failed transaction

I ordered two bras from zimave first time(order number *********) which I returned back as it was not fit for me. Instead of money they used to give zcoins and when I made a purchase using zcoins suddenly the zcoins disappeared after the failed transaction(i was making online payment). After that i called on zivame customer care but strangely the number says that it does not exist. Please help.
