Sugar Cosmetics - Zepto refused to exchange the product

I purchased SUGAR Cosmetics BeYOUtiful Makeup Trousseau kit from zepto. But after opening box I discovered that received products are different from products mentioned over the app. So e-mailed zepto support regarding exchange or return but they refused without any specific reason in the name of platform policies. This product clearly has * days exchange window but still they refused.
