I had ordered fashion products from zepto on *th of April. I had some size issues with it. But when I reached out to the customer support, sometimes they say that the store is closed, sometimes they say correct product is received sometimes they said we will arrange a manual request. Firstly I never mentioned that the incorrect products are received but the incompetent customer support team are not understanding the issue, secondly after continuous follow up over the email they have called back after the return policy is over and are stating that the return window is over. The email trail has been started since **th of April. And I have raised multiple chat request over the app but none responded.
