On Jan ** I received a parcel with my name, contact number and exact address of mine hence I thought I must have ordered or my family member might have ordered something so I thought I’ll buy, check and then return if I don’t need it. It was a cash on delivery order and had to pay Rs.*** for it. Later when I opened the parcel I found a crayon box worth Rs.** for which I paid Rs.*** and on enquiring my family members got to know that no order was made. The delivery partner was delivery. And I thought I’ll return but there was not return address on the parcel. I’m confused how these parcels even made to reach us without return address. When a parcel has no return address shouldn’t it be stopped at the shipment and who are doing these scams? Is this ZENY enterprise franchise even real? I want my money back I’m confused whom to reach out. Please help! I have all the required proof with me
