After seeing multiple advertising videos on YouTube for Zaavio, I have bought an item which accepts return.
Even after multiple return requests through their form, I did not get any update.
There is no proper customer support network.

Zaavio Com – Product not working Open
I have raised a return request on **th November **** but till now the product is not picked up by courier partner, they my cancelled my request * times
