I had ordered a product from Meesho for INR ****/- but a wrong product was delivered. When I initiated exchange they did not send the new product to me. I again initiated refund and after complaining multiple times they refunded **.** of credit to me card.
It has been * months and I have been continuously following up with Meesho team but there is- no resolution from them.
Highly irritated and frustated due to this kind of service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
