Yaxis overseas - Yaxis overseas Refusal of refund of installment even when process is not started just payment is do

Y-axis overseas not refunding the *st amount payment (*****) after deducting GST even when process is not started and no document is signed just payment is done. I have the informed the same day within couple of hours to proceed with the refund. Actually, I have underwent surgery and was under recovery when payment was done and was not in a condition to go a head with the process so decided not to go ahead now and request for refund as process is not initiated yet nothing was done except payment of *st installment and requested to refund the amount (***** ) paid. However, they are continuously writing in an email that refund is not possible.

The two options they have mentioned are not feasible for me looking at my current situation and even in future these options will not help me then also they are forcing me. These options are mentioned below :

*. Credit Note - This can be utilized by you, your family members, relatives, or friends for two years as an exception if they wish to use any of our immigration services. Generally, this offer is extended only to family members.

*. Case on Hold - We offered to keep your case on hold for an extended period of six months as an exception, rather than closing it, in recognition of your association with us.

I have explained clearly and wrote in an email explaining why these solutions will not work for me as mentioned below:

I am very disappointed with the decision management took about the first installment after so many days and email chains, and I disagree with any of the alternatives (neither do I want a credit note, as I can't keep money on hold as unsure about the future and need to give money to the person from whom I have borrowed for the medical expense and nor can I ask anyone of my friends about the PR process, as no one is doing currently and also in future not sure about it so, it is unpredictable).

Kindly help me to get my refund from the Y-axis overseas.
