I have booked a indigo flight madhurai to hyderabad **rd march **** through yatra com. it was got cancelled due to lockdown.
i requested for refund there is no update on refund from yatra com..
the satus from the last * year *months is same as shown in below.
""The refund process has been initiated at our end for the reference number- *********. Request you to please check for update after ** hours.
A confirmation email or message will be sent to you upon successful completion of the refund process at our end.""
i have never received neither confirmation email or refund money. This is the worst experience with the yatra com
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
