Yamaha Music India Private Limited - yamaha rxv 685 having electric leakage current on screws inside if vents usb port aux port and headp

I had purchased a yamaha rxv *** on *th june **** online on amazon india.i received the product on **th probably.on **th july i happened to touch the sides of the receiver to move it while it was working and thats when i got a tingling or a small shock.thats when i took a tester and checked and found electric current on all the screws,inside of the vents and even the usb ports,aux ports and the headphone port.even if i connect ipod nano or a simple auxcable theres electric current on both.asked amazon for a return or replacement and they denied as it was out of return windows though i escalated and informed them that this was a srs issue and that they shouldnt be selling such hazardous items.
the seller was a nice guy and he suggested that it was there on his devices as well but however the electricity on mine seems to be more.also other users and the service centres over the phone deny any such issue on yamaha ewuipments they have seen till date and hence its doesnt seem like its there on every device.
hence i sent a complaint to yamaha to which they just sent me the link to find the service centre on their site.
i have just one request of yamaha india.i dont want to repair a brand new product for an issue which is a grave manufacturing defect and one aptly suited for a replacement.
if yamaha cant replace or refund i am also fine to go for a higher model and pay the difference or they can take back this hazardous piece of device for free.They only need to take care of the shipping.I had even made this offer to amazon india to take the product back and that they dont need to pay anything as i have a kid at home and this is not ok to have around.please find the attached images of the issue.
