Mobiqwick - Xtra plus amount reinvested automatically to lend without my concent

I made two investments on Xtra plus one of Rs ***** on **/**/**** and other of Rs. ***** on **/**/****, for both of these maturity was on **/**/**** and **/**/**** but instead of getting this amount credited to my account, it's been reinvested automatically to Xtra(lend) which is without my consent. I called them multiple times and even sent a mail but no resolution has been done till now. Now only I have the option to withdraw my money part by part on **th of every month. So it's forcing me to lend money and wait for it until it's totally paid .
