Mi 7pro - Xiomi service centre negligence

Today that is **st September I went to mi service center to replace my charger.
Mi service center is at dakshindari bus stop kolkata.
The behavior of mi service center is well known, they are just pathetic.
When I showed them my charger, they said due to physical damage they can't replace it under warranty. So I told what to do next then, then one lady from there said throw it.
Can you imagine the mi person is saying like that for her product.
After that I told her if they can give me a new charger for the same, they said they don't have charger in their center. This is also of latest model note * pro. I have to just go back without anything.
