Xiome smart mobiles - Xiome mobiles service center

My self siddiq basha from andha pradesh kadapa I have hand over the mobile in the MI service center,kadapa, Andhrapradesh on ** may **** for repair under warranty, I got my mobile back on ** May **** after the service my mobile totally got defected, it's not working well iam having so many complaints again like (speakar problem, head set jack problem, memory card not detecting, mobile over heat, I have discuss with the technician Mr. vinod he said still this mobile has motherboard problem they have fixed the wrong mother board, so it's not my problem after the service my mobile got like this only, again they need couple of weeks time to fix my problem ,again And again I have to go to the service center to fix my mobile, I I have not hand over the mobile again in the service center they already spoiled my mobile condition I don't understand how may days they required to solve my small issue it's really make me Disappointed what was happens to me by the service center?

, it's a manufacturer defect so it's there responsibility to provide service on time but its too delay and irresponsible So I need proper solution for case, please advice and take a complaint against the company they should not do like this with the customers they should solve the problem with in one time of visit with the limited time, but in my case they already took ** working days to solve my case again asking me to wait couple of weeks to solve the problem. Thisnis not good Please advice me on this issue what we can take a action against Xiome company. I want to take a legal action on this company, they should not do like this with other customer's They are playing with the customer's emotions. And wasting nthe valuable time.

In this case I need my mobile replacement / or refund from Xiome if you can't provide best service on time you should replace the mobile or arrange the refund.
