BUBAI DAS filed complaint against Mi Smart Band 4 Black on Oct 19, 2019
I ordered 'Mi Smart Band * Black" worth INR **** from the Xiaomi India website. They delivered it on *rd October and after that when I open it I got the band in damage condition which is not turn on and the USB is missing. I made a complaint the same day informing that the Xiaomi has sent me the damaged product without a USB charger. I get an acknowledgment that someone will call me in ** hours. I get a call the next day followed by a mail asking for pictures. I explained the simple and complete situation on the phone that I receiveddamage mi band *. I just want a replacement. To the email I replied with the pictures as asked. ** days after that I get a response that the product was delivered intact and thus we cannot process the request and closing the ticket. . When I called the customer service again, they tell me that the ticket was opened under the wrong category. They make a complaint, again and again, I get emails with the same copy and paste response like before and not addressing the issue at all. I keep replying several time describing the issue again and again but they keep sending me standard copy/paste response without reading the complaint.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
