India Mart - www.indiamart.com: Refund not initiate nor getting any update from seller

Bought ink bottles from Shakshi enterprises from India mart platform. Received leaked bottles. Informed to the seller. They said they will call back; post this issue they stopped taking my calls, gave a complaint to India Mart(ticket #*******). After a few days, they arrange a conference call, over there seller asked to return the product. I returned the product on **th December **** and they received it on **th December. Still, I don't get any update from them. India Mart also not able to resolve this. This issue is pending from India Mart side from **th November **** still not getting any satisfactory answer from them.
