Travolook in - www travolook in flight ticket not refunded

Using www travolook.in I booked one flight ticket from Thoothukudi to Chennai on May **,**** and paid Rs.****. But unfortunately it was cancelled by travolook.in Ref********* stating the reason as fare expiration. I was not asking any cancellation, but it was done by travolook.in and still not refunded the amount. Their cancellation policy is **-** working days. But so far ** working days out of ** days gone vain. They have neither refunded nor initiated the process. I wrote several emails and lodge complaint over phone also. Please take action on www travolook.in for cheating customers.
