Jeeves Consumer Services P Ltd - Wrongly sold TV Complete Protection

I purchased Motorola Smart TV from Flipkart and complete protection in Jun ****. However, during the installation, the Jeeves Installation person gave incorrect information about the previously purchased protection plan (which purchased via Flipkart), saying it's not a complete protection plan. And eventually forced me to opt for a new plan from him and cancel the Flipkart one. He also assured me, if we are unable to cancel the Flipkart one, he will cancel his plan from his office.
Now when I am not able to cancel the Flipkart one, and request him to cancel his plan.....he is not responding
