RTO SAS NAGAR MOHALI - Wrongly registered diesel car as petrol car

DEAR SIR ,
my problem is that my car is tata indica dls model and no. is PB**D**** and chassis no.******FTZP***** And register in RTO sas nagar mohali sector **.
RTO OFFICE update the fuel used petrol but my car is a diesel engg. there counter oprators not give any proper guidence and they only reffered for agent for all work, the RTO officer not availabe many time when i visit there office many time and agents demanded for these correction in RC **** rs.
please help me and i hane a private job and they never give me daily daily leave and they cut my salary many time when i give leave for RTO OFFICE MISTAKE
