I am a First Time Customer of Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd, I Bought a Pulsar Bike Using Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd
They Said If u will Pay Your EMI on Time No Charges will be Impossed to you but Last Month I paid there EMI through Their Portal on **th feb instead of *rd March
Then they Put a Cheaque Bounce Charges on my account of ****/-
It is not a Proper Business Ethics Because it is not written in their Policy that if you are paying through Their Portal then They will charge us a penalty.
Kindly look into it on serious note as it is not a fair thing.
