Indiabulls Venture Limited - Wrongly EMI debited and asking for more payments even after foreclosed amount paid

Hello,

This is complaint against my dhani loan account No. IDHADEL********

Where as per account statement sent by you (attached below) on *th march **** EMI processed showing bounced but as per my bank account statement no EMI was processed by Dhani (indiabulls) on *th march ****, therefore no bouncing of EMI is there.

Whereas late payment charges showing **** with no reason because no EMI was presented on time by Indiabulls and without informing the consumer date of EMI and Amount of EMI made change by the Indiabulls. And without informing me (consumer) Indiabulls had changed the EMI date and Amount presented on my bank account which is clearly illegal activity made by Indiabulls.

Whereas on **th may **** Customer care executive called me and share payment link for foreclosure of loan account by payment of Rs ***** (proof attached below) for which i have made payment of Rs ***** (proof attached below) on **th may ****. After payment made i was given assurance by indiabulls customer care executive that whole payment has been made and NOC will be issued after **-** days.

Whereas on **th june **** i have received an email from Indiabulls that my loan account has not been foreclosed yet and Rs **** is still receivables by Indiabulls.

This clearly shows the poor and fraud intentions by Indiabulls towards its consumer. I have attached all the proofs with this email showing Indiabulls had asked to pay FORECLOSED amount on **th may ****.

Payment link share sent by indiabulls on **th may **** clearly shows FORECLOSED amount written which is rupees *****. Therefore no outstanding is there by still demand being raisen by Indiabulls.

Whereas Indiabulls has reported Late payments on my loan account to the CIBIL in the month of march and april, but no EMI was presented on time by Indiabulls.

I have saved the above copy of email and proofs for further legal proceedings if rectifications has not been made from Indiabulls end.
