We rented an apartment which was managed by NoBroker.com. After * months, we moved out of the property after serving a notice period of * month. Now the company unnecessarily delaying the refund of our deposit money (Rs.*****) and is charging us for false services done in the apartment post we vacated it. It has been a month since we have been fighting with their customer care executive but they are hell bent on these wrongful deductions. They are overruling the owner who is supporting our case. Kindly help resolve this matter.
