Tata Sky DTH - WRONGFUL CHARGES DEBITED ON MY DTH

I have * set top boxes from TATA SKY (* primary and * secondary). On *th March ****, I requested to temporarily suspend my secondary box- but to my utter dismay - they did not do so and kept the request in pending without giving me any information - and continued charging me for the secondary box - till recently - when i kept on calling them multiple times and then after many calls they did suspend the secondary box but are not ready to refund me the amount they wrongfully charged me for this period.
