Ladyware - Wrong used product delivered

I was browsing my facebook when I saw some pics of awsum designer saree on ladyware.com, I found the rate very attractive & ordered * sarees on **th june & the saree was, delivered to me by delhivery courier. I immediately informed the delivery man who had just left my house & requested him to hold the payment & do not make payment to the seller as this is fake website & the contact no is also fake since I tried to contact them regarding return & refund as requested by the courier co. customer service representative. I lodged I complain to the courier company & requested them to take back my parcel & refund my money as the seller is a fraud but they inspite of being informed about the fraud & that I'm unable to contact the seller as there contact & website r both fake but they said that they r third party service provider & they cannot do anything except taking my complain. As a branded courier company how can they be so irresponsible that inspite of my complain within minutes of receiving the parcel, how can they show there inability to help. Since the payment was in there hand they should hold the payment & refuse to make the payment to the seller giving reason that the customer has lodged a complaint regarding there fake identity. The courier has all the information as in which centre the parcel was booked or from where the parcel was picked up if the seller is there regular customer. Pls do something about it. It's not a question of my money, I don't know, on day to day basis how many customers they r cheating.
