HISENSE INDIA PVT LTD - Wrong TV Model Provided

I had submitted my Hisense **U*K TV for replacement under the warranty due to multiple dead pixels on the screen. However, upon receiving the replacement, I found that the model provided, Hisense **E**N, does not match the specifications of my original TV model and is a downgraded version.

My original TV model, Hisense **U*K, has the following key features:

QLED Display technology

***Hz refresh rate

HDMI (ARC) support

Dolby Vision

Brightness of *** nits

Built-in Google Assistant

Native contrast ratio of ****:*

MEMC (Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation)


Unfortunately, the replacement model, **E**N, lacks these specifications.
I escalated this issue in multiple ways, like consumer forum, call center, registered mail and email also. There is no satisfactory response from company side. So I would like to take this matter into next level
