Www simplilearn com - Wrong technique to sell a course

Hello! I am shubhakshmi. I purchased a digital marketing specialist course in March by paid **k one in short.  In the last of June I purchased one an another course which is job guaranteed program on emi.  I asked vinutha a counsellor for ** months, but she put ** months without taking my permission.  She told me I have to pay my first emi In the *st of August after a month of enrollment. But my money * thousands has been deducted in July.
Please request them to give me my money back and close the subscription or else get a guaranteed of job with *ipa package as she told me. I have chat screen shot but not having the call recording where I ask her for ** months and she said Yes. Please help me. I belong very middle class family. If I do something the whole "Simplilearn" Will be responsible.
