Bipasha Roy dress ph no - Wrong sized cloth

I order two m ** size kurta..when I was ordering she said that above mentioned size is available that way I ordered. But I received ** size products. When I tell her that issue she said that after washing it will become ** size and after that I have to adjust it from tailor so that it will become **.but when I don't agree with her suggestion and ask for returning she refused.
