Blazing cart - Wrong Size Cheap Imitation Product

I booked Product WC Heavy Duty sneakers size * UK from Blazing Cart on ** Aug ** through Facebook link after seeing a video of product. I have seen the same product in Australia last year. They confirmed the order as BLC***** and delivered it on ** Aug ** by Bluedart. I paid by PayTM. Upon opening the package , I saw a Cheap imitation product of lower size than I had ordered. I have raised complaint to them for immediate return pickup and refund but their policy is that I return the product at my cost for them to process my request. This is grossly unfair and fraud.
