Adaah Collective - Wrong size and pathetic quality not responding on messages

Pathetic quality of clothes that too in wrong size. I had confirmed the policies in written and post delivery, when I received the poor product as well as wrong size, I messaged them. They said refund would be processed once outfit is picked up within ** days. But everytime I reached out after ** days, they kept giving me new dates and the only response I got was new date or ok written. No resolution till now. Been * months. I tried contacting on instagram and they blocked me.
