I have ordered a New balance shoe on the **th of June. The order came approx. * weeks later but they sent me a Nike shoe which is both cheaper in price and I already have one. I asked the customer service to send me the original shoe or refund the **.** GBP. They did not wanted to send me the New Balance, only offered to refund ** EUR (whoch i do not understand as it is less than **% of price and also I paid in GBP)

I don't believe that there is such limit, when I paid around **€ for a shoe and you as an online shop made a miatake for sending me a totally different shoe! And on the other hand you did not even give me other options!
I think would be much better if we could agree, otherwise I definitely report this transaction and authorities will get in contact with you and if you have to pay fine for not respecting customer's rights, it will be much higher even than **€!

Sorry, but this is totally not legal! Customers has rights and you do not respect them!

As a customer I am entitled to full refund concerning my customer rights, because I was not mistaken, you sent me the wrong shoe! This is also concerning purchases made online!
Also the price I paid was more than ** eur!
So please refund me full price, this is the right what a customer has if the seller mistaken by sending wrong or inappropriate item.

I think I am entitled to a full refund, because the shoe what I ordered (new balance) is much expensive than what you sent me.
Please send me the New Balance what I ordered!
There are two cases what I can agree: send me the New Balance or full refund! I think this is fair with me as a customer, because sending me the wrong shoe was not my fault, it was yours.
