undefined - Wrong selling of package

I was sold a package of * nights by *hub travel agency( Gujarat agency)... When I reached there most of the amenities promised was not open( rather closed)...
A resort of * star & above, offered me untidy rooms, restaurants denied lunch on arrival.

checkin was painfull, as we settled in the evening., after we changed the rooms...

Room service which was **x* ,was cut off to **pm..which was not informed to us..

Rooms service orders were cancelled, due to poor cordination of room service staff..

I had gone there to take a break from the current stress, but my entire holiday was spoiled & went through literal harrasment mentally....


I hold *HUB TRAVEL AGENCY responsible for the entire mental harassment.. I even mailed their sales head ( ms. Meeta kothari), but she reverted with a shrewd attitude & shoved off hands off the matter by giving defensive explanation...

I want to expose such unscrupulous agencies, who missell the packages, for meagre profits, causing reputation damage to the resort owners & mental harrasment to customers..
Pls guide me a solution for compensation.
