We had ordered a saree online from Rudra Silks, Surat, which did not match any of the mentioned specifications. Neither colour nor quality is correct.

Inspite of repeated reminders for return of the product and refund of amount , on their given mail ID : rudrasilks**@gmail.com, there has been no response. The mentioned phone number on their sight www.rudrasilks.com also is switched off with no other way of contact.
