Complaint Title: Wrong Saree Received – No Response from Seller (Order No. *****)
Complaint Details:
I ordered a saree from Arya Collections on August *nd, **** (Order No. *****). I had specifically ordered a saree with a red border, but I received one with a yellow border instead.
I immediately contacted the seller by phone and sent them photos of the saree I received. They replied asking me to go to the post office and send the saree back to their shop address. However, I informed them that I am a working woman and cannot take leave to post the saree.
Since then, I have tried calling multiple times to request an alternative return method, such as arranging a pickup, but there has been no response to my calls. This has caused me inconvenience and delay in getting the correct product.
Relief Sought:
I request the seller to arrange an immediate pickup of the wrong saree from my address and deliver the correct saree I ordered without any further delay.
