Meesho - WRONG RETURN EMPTY BOXES IN SALES RETURN

I (Shalimar Sales Pvt Ltd )is a seller on Meesho for lenovo tablet.We recieved orders through your site and courier(XpressBees )picked up the courier to deliver it further. After **-** days one order canceled and we received one lenovo Tab package back and when we opened it after receiving from courier(XpressBees) box , it carried an old Damaged HTC handset instead of Lenovo Tablet(Order no-**********_*)
We issued a ticket (Ticket no-******** ) against it to you,given all the proofs(Attached in mail) but Messho denied ,stating that proofs are not justified.
After that,** Lenovo tablet order gets canceled and at the time of receiving it from the courier, we found out that the package has no weight( means they are empty from inside) ,so we did not receive it. Now all the packages(**) are with Xpressbees only and they all package empty.
Kindly pursue our case and prevent our money(Nearly *,**,*** Rupees) from the fraud that happened through the Meesho site & Xpressbees courier.
