I am a seller on Meesho and have dispatched orders worth Rs. ****/per order. There is delivery partner bamed Shadow Fax for which ***% of all customer returns received till date are all wrong. Some have send old clothes and some have sent empty box. I have raised the claim over seller support but they haven't approved * of those claims which has caused me a loss of near around *****. I have mailed them, dm on twitter, commented on their twitter handle, raised tickets but they are not approving the claim even when every guideline of raising claim has been followed. Kindly help if any one know how can I deal with it as I am a new seller and I am in serious trouble.
