Jain Diagnostic centre Aligarh - Wrong Reports from Pathology lab

My mother is being tested(KFT) by Jain Diagnostic lab on **th April. In the report, the seum creatinine is *.*. Doctor said there is renal failure and you should seek advice from kidney specialist as soon as possible.
Then we went to Dr. Tarun Mittal, DM( Nephrology). He suggested to do various tests on the basis of Jain Diagnostic lab report. We have done all the tests and it took nearly Rs ****/- excluding doctor fees. Including fees and other expenses, we spent Rs ****. And when all reports came, the doctor said that there is no problem in your reports. The report from Jain Diagnostic Centre is wrong.
Due to wrong report, we face medical trauma as it is huge concern if kidney is failed.
When I tried to contact Jain Diagnostic centre, they switched off their phone after listening to my concern.
