i order a mobile from flipkart under exchange offer. mobile was supposed to be delivered today . i went to ekart hub as i checked the status and it was showing pincode mismatch as reason for package return. the guy over there told me that they can not accept exchange as there are eligible but has not activated the exchange services by ekart. my parcel will be returned in a day or two as he told me and said there is nothing i can do
