* days ago I had ordered two products from this website (Website- https://kiki-vava.com/) The amount of the order was *** and it was prepaid(Online paid before delivery). I recieved my order today with all the wrong products. I tried reaching them by their Instagram account (www.instagram.com/kiki_vava_ind) but they are not replying. I also sent a mail to them but still I haven't got any response from them.
I want to return this product to them and want my refund.
