Steary - wrong prong received no response for mail

I ordered a kurthi today( order number - STY*****). I would like to return the product as the size do not fit and also the product is not as it is in the picture and it is unsatisfactory. I have sent a mail regarding the return of the product. I had a reply and was asked to send the image of the product and the courier slip. I mailed it thrice and still there is no response from their end.
