i was booked tata tiago xm car on **.**.**** at basudeb auto ltd, zulu park road, near sbi main branch, hazaribag, jharkhand-****** and same was delivered by dealer on **.**.****. at the time of booking representative of dealer briefed about all things regarding above car, but at the time of delivery of car on **.**.****, flip key remote not provided to me by dealer. whereas representative of dealer intimated that flip key remote available with tata tiago xm model and also given voucher of above car where mentioned flip key remote available with tata tiago xm model(voucher of the same provided by dealer attached with document * &*). i registered a complaint on **.**.**** at toll free number of tata moters *********** on the above issue vide complaint no.*-***********. subsequently again registered the complaint on **.**.**** vide no.*-***********, complaint no.*-*********** and on **.**.**** vide complaint no.*-***********. but till date, no solution provided either by tata moters or by basudeb auto ltd hazaribag. i also many times talked with tata moters senior official regarding this issue but no positive reply received by them. i also sent e-mail to customercare@tatamotors.com on **.**.**** but till date no reply received. hence, it is therefore requested to solve the matter at the earliest and issue necessary direction to basudeb auto ltd, zulu park road, near sbi main branch, hazaribag, jharkhand-****** or tata moters on the issue please.
