Knowlarity Communications Private Limited - Wrong Promises by knowlarity

Respected Sir ,
I have approached Knowlarity Communications for Missed Call Services through thier Website .

I got a call from Ranuak agarwal from knowlarity Communication and he suggested for Plans of Missed Call and given options of numbers.

I asked him specifically That I need to activate Missed Call Services on my Existing Number i.e. ******** and *******. Which he assured that it can be done and Said that he can do it via telecom Company Directly.

I was in impression that my existing numbers would be turned into virtual number and the same was assured by raunak at Phone.

Still i mailed him to Confirm , and he replied to that mail that DONE.

I transferred Amount of Rs. ***** as desired by Company .

I waited for * Days but no Communication from company side though it was promised that i will get my services Activated in *-* Days .

When i mailed them and siad please Cancel my Order they start Commuicating with a demand of lots of documents in the name of Formality , I had no objection in providing Documents as per Requirements. but still thier process were very slow and irresponsive and every day they promised that today it will be done.

The real shock that i got was they provided thier own Virtual number and activated the Services to that virtual number though i asked and they Assured for the services on my number.

I was asked to start call divert facility on my existing numbers .

Still i was hopeful that i will get what i wish for.

But my numbers were not supporting call divert .

I approached to Company People , they said u have to activate STD Call Divert please visit Office of your Telecom Service Provider.

When I reached airtel Office, telecom Service Provider of My Number ****** , They Replied call divert to STD number is not Possible on Prepaid.

Now Knowlarity Company People is Suggesting to get my number ********** Converted to Post paid.

I asked that will Cost me more and you people Assured for Services on this number and didnt Asked that it is Prepaid or Post Paid.

I was in your Assurance that I will get the Desired Services .

but now Company is saying that they did thier Job and for your number you have to make Chnages .

Though the Deal was on the Term that I will get the services on my number via Knowlarity .

sir , I felt cheated in this case and looking forward for Justice.
